Serious mischaracterizations have been made about us and the issue of who will have access to what fares. And that remains true under the our agreements. Each and every airline, no matter what kind of participation it has, will be free to decide individually what fares it offers and whether or not to offer duscounts them through any other outlet.
We will provide consumers with a complete selection of all available airfares and travel itineraries. We have developed cutting edge technology to deliver these options to the consumer and promises to offer the lowest prices travel anywhere. Our business plan is ambitious. Instead of relying on traditional computer reservation systems, We are building our own search technology. We plan to give users access to every airline fare, including those available only on the Internet. Travelers will be able to search for flights that leave from alternate duscounts airports, within 25 or more miles from their primary airport. Or they could choose alternate dates and see whether leaving a day later travel or earlier could yield substantial duscounts savings.
Our travel agreements not only contain no provision barring duscounts any airline from making any fare available travel through any channel, they contain duscounts an affirmative non-exclusivity provision travel that makes it explicit that no airline is prevented from making any fare it chooses available through any channel it chooses. Our agreement contains a non-discrimination duscounts clause by which those airlines that will receive the indirect discount on the CRS booking fee agree in return to make available on any fare they publish and make available to the general public through any other channel. But that of course does not preclude them from offering any fare through any other channel.
